General cancellation conditions
You have the option to cancel your booking under the following conditions: The cancellation costs stipulated by the provider in the rental contract will apply. If the contract has not yet been signed or no specific information on cancellation costs has been provided, the following costs will apply:
- If the cancellation is made more than 60 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total rental price will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days before the start of the rental period, 75% of the total rental price will be charged.
- If the cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, 100% of the total cost will be charged.
The payment is made minus the IFY fees. These will be refunded by Ibiza Formentera Yacht Charter, in the form of a one year credit.

Free cancellation
If a provider offers free cancellation, this will be indicated in the offers. In this case, 100% of the booking costs will be refunded, excluding IFY fees. These will be refunded by Ibiza Formentera Yacht Charter, in the form of a one year credit.
You can cancel via your customer account.
Cancellation due to weather
The general terms and conditions of the professional provider apply. The professional provider can offer the tenant a postponement. If no alternative date can be found, the provider may offer a refund or a voucher. In the event of a refund, the provider will refund the rental price minus the IFY fees. These will be refunded by Ibiza Formentera Yacht Charter, in the form of a one year credit.
If the boat hire lasts more than one day, cancellation or rebooking due to weather conditions does not apply.
