Cancellation reasons

1. Meteorological conditions (agent)

In case that meteorological conditions won't allow the charter to take place on the reserved date, the client will have the possibility to switch dates or, if not possible, receive a full refund. This will be applied in case of wind gusts of over 25 knots, strong waves and/or heavy rain at the time of departure. Furthermore, the agent reserves the right to cancel the scheduled charter in case that safety cannot be assured.

2. Personal reasons (client)

If the client wants to cancel the booking, the agent is entitled to retain the down payment. Exceptions are subject to the agent´s decision making, but can be made e.g. in the event of the death of family members or similar incidents.

COVID-19 (Coronavirus disease) cancellation policy update

If a charter customer is unable to get to Ibiza due to travel restrictions, when there is an official advisory to not travel to the charter area or the borders are shut down (either Spain or of the country of origin of the customer), we offer

1. to reschedule the date within 2021
2. to postpone the date to 2022 (eventual price increases must be covered by the customer)
