Las reservas solo serán confirmadas una vez se reciba el pago del 50% del total del importe de alquiler en concepto de reserva. La cantidad restante deberá ser abonada antes del embarque. En el caso de tener que cancelar la reserva, se aplicarán las siguientes devoluciones sobre el precio de alquiler:
DEVOLUCIÓN DEL 100%: todas las reservas canceladas al menos 15 días antes de la salida.
DEVOLUCIÓN DEL 75%: todas las reservas canceladas entre 14 y 7 días antes de la salida.
DEVOLUCIÓN DEL 50%: todas las reservas canceladas entre 7 días y 24 horas antes de la salida.
SIN DEVOLUCION: todas las reservas canceladas en las 24 horas antes de la salida o en el caso de que el cliente no se presente el día del alquiler.
